It is not the cake that is edible. The first time I heard about this idea, my notion of it was about a chiffon cake shaped into diapers covered with white frostings. But no, it is not the cake that we put in out mouth. It is actually made of tons and tons of diapers shaped into cake. I really think it is a great idea because diapers can be a good symbolism for babies.  It is greatly unique and one of the freshest ideas that we can all try for a baby shower present. When I saw the finish product of the baby love diaper cakes, it was lovely. I have seen some of the designs and all of them were adorably packaged.
